(1) In relation to determining the election process of the official trade union to be conducted in accordance with rule 10, the registrar shall take the approval of the Government of Nepal and make and implement the election guidelines.
(2) The Election Officer appointed in accordance with Rule 11, when conducting the election of the official trade union, shall be subject to the election-related guidelines as per Sub-rule (1) and all expenses incurred in conducting such election shall be borne by the concerned establishment. .
